Can I select my seat?

Yes. Tickets are automatically allocated with options in ticketing system.

Is there any age restriction for watching the show?

Children under 4 years old are not recommended to watch the show and children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult; regardless of age, all guests have to hold a valid ticket for admission.

Is there any discount for senior citizens, children or students?

Currently, only senior citizens aged 60 and above, children below 12 years old, and persons with disabilities are eligible for the RM48 ticket price (for Malaysian citizens only).

Are there any discounts or special offers for credit card holders?

Discounts are subject to availability.

What is operation hours for Encore Melaka Box Office?

Box Office Operation Hours:
• Sunday: 11:00 AM to 7:30 PM
• Monday: 11:00 AM to 7:30 PM
• Tuesday to Saturday: 11:00 AM to 10:30 PM
• Wednesday: 11:00 AM to 7:30 PM

When should I come to collect the tickets after I have purchased the tickets?

Guests can collect tickets any time during the box office operation hours. We highly recommended that tickets are collected at least 1 hour before the show in order to prevent long queuing time.

Do I need an ID to collect my tickets?

Yes. A valid, legal photo ID, along with the booking confirmation receipt, is required for ticket collection.

What should I do if I lost my ticket ? Can tickets be reprinted?

Yes. A fee will be charged for this service.

Can the ticket be refunded or changed to another date and time?

Unfortunately, according to Conditions of Sale, no exchange or refund of tickets once the order is confirmed.

Can I use Credit Cards to buy tickets online?

The available payment methods are
Alipay, Visa, MasterCard, Touch ‘n Go, and Boost

Can I resell my ticket?

According to Conditions of Sale, no tickets can be resold.

Questions: Tips for watching the show

Can we take photos and videos during the show?

Photography or video recording via DSLR, Video Camcorder and Handphone is NOT allowed during the show, including devices such as Google Glass are NOT permitted into the theater.

Can I bring food or drink to the theater?

Food and beverage are not allowed to be brought into the theatre.

Can I still get admission to the theater if I am late?

Yes. Later comers are allow to admit to theatre however they need to wait instruction of Theatre Crews.
(This is due to the entrance will move away as the seat platform rotates)

Questions: Special requests

Can I go backstage, meet one of the artists, or to get an autograph?

First, our backstage is huge. We afraid guests will lose one’s way. Secondly, to prevent any unforeseen circumstances happened.
Therefore, we cannot accommodate such request.

Are backstage, offices, costume room tours available for public?

Please be informed that Encore Melaka’s backstage, offices and costume room is reserved for performers, staffs and event organiser only.
